Hi
I am trying to increase engagement with learning ressources on KlickerUZH. So far only a small minority of students uses the practice quizzes and on further investigation I noticed that they are very hard to access.
Is it possible for students of a course to access these quizzes anywhere else than in the mobile app? Is it possible to integrate the practice quiz overview page into OLAT using an lti-link?
This is indeed possible using our LTI integration, which is described on Integration with LTI | KlickerUZH. There is a dedicated KlickerUZH setting on the “LTI Page” which you can use to relatively easily embed any kind of activity, as well as the course information and leaderboard/account creation dialog. The practice quiz overview page of your course might not work yet, as we normally recommend that each quiz is embedded as a separate OLAT element, but this could probably be fixed should you prefer it.
When you use the OLAT integration, we log in students automatically when they have created their account via OLAT (as described in more detail in the docs). If they have an account that was created outside of OLAT, it would not yet be possible to link it to their OLAT log-in afterwards. However, this is something we are planning to fix before the next semester.
In addition to using the mobile app and the LTI integration, any activity could also be accessed using the direct link (pwa.klicker.uzh.ch/…) either anonymously or while logged in. However, these links would have to be provided by you - you an access them in your course overview - as students do not automatically receive a listing of available quizzes unless they create an account and join your course.
Please let us know any time if you have any further questions.
